Preliminary adjust bypass the valve 1 corrugated nut so that the valve was hardly scrolled by hand (fig. 2.223).
By hand twirl a counternut.

Connect the manual vacuum pump, a tester turbocharger to a socket II and редукционный the valve, as is shown in drawing 2.224.

Establish a mobile ring of 1 manual vacuum pump in position In for "pressure" (fig. 2.225).

Fix a universal support of the indicator of hour type on турбонагнетателе (fig. 2.226).

Fix the indicator of hour type with the extension piece of 30 mm and flat probeом on a universal support of the indicator of hour type.
Establish at pressure 0 bar the indicator of hour type on a preliminary tightness in 1 mm.
Turn the index of the indicator of hour type in position 0.
Check up ease of a course of the indicator.
Actuate the manual vacuum pump while on a tester turbocharger there will be no value of pressure 350 5 мбар.
The indicator of hour type should show from 4,1 to 4,3 mm, otherwise follows rotate a corrugated nut until the given value will be reached.
By hand twirl a counternut.
Repeat measurement.
Dump pressure through редукционный the valve to 0 мбар.
Establish the indicator of hour type in position 0.

THE NOTE
The subsequent measurements should be executed in the specified sequence. Pressure at measurements cannot be lowered to 0.

Actuate the manual vacuum pump while on a tester turbocharger there will be no value of pressure 350 5 мбар.
Consider an indicator on the indicator and write down it.
Actuate the manual vacuum pump while on a tester turbocharger there will be no value of pressure 650–700 мбар.
Dump pressure through редукционный the valve to 350 5 мбар.
Consider an indicator on the indicator and write down it.
Combine indicators 1 and 2 and to divide the sum on 2.
The result (average value) should make 5 0,25 mm.
If as a result average value is not equal 5 0,25 mm, follows modify adjustment, tighten a counternut by hand and repeat measurement.
If average value is equal 5 0,25 mm, tighten a counternut and fix its fixing varnish.
Fix a lock plate 1 over the lever of the vacuum block (fig. 2.220).
