1.4.7. Means of passive safety

Before a start of motion be necessarily fastened by seat belts

Establish correctly forward seat and a headrest and only then fasten a belt.

Undertake a belt fastener, smoothly extend a tape, to impose it over a breast and a belt.

Insert a fastener into a nest of the corresponding lock before heard click (fig. 1.128).

Necessarily pull for a belt and be convinced that the lock is locked.

Each belt with three-dot fastening is completed with the mechanism of automatic retraction of a belt. Automatics of retraction of a belt provides цри its smooth tension full freedom of movements. However at sharp braking it blocks a belt. Automatics blocks belts also at car dispersal, at movement on mountain roads and on turns.

Adjustment of height of a belt gives возмоэюностъ installations on growth of a diagonal tape of seat belts in the field of shoulders.

Displace upwards or downwards a cursor with a turnaround buckle that the diagonal tape has appeared approximately at level of the middle of a shoulder, but at all did not cover a neck (fig. 1.129).

After adjustment pull a belt to be convinced of reliability of fixing of a buckle.

THE NOTE For regulation of tapes of belts of forward seats it is possible to use possibility of change of height of seats also.

The belt comes unfastened pressing of the red button of the lock.

Press the red button of the lock (fig. 1.130). Thus the fastener is pushed out from a nest under the influence of a spring.

For simplification of work of automatics of retraction of belts take away a fastener back a hand.

For fastening of a children's seat long blocking of belts with three-dot fastening is possible.

For fastening of the children's seat established on a seat of the forward passenger or back seats, long blocking of belts with three-dot fastening is possible. Such blocking of a belt provides strong fastening of a children's seat in the car.

ATTENTION At the included pillow of safety of the forward passenger on its place at all do not establish a children's seat on which the child sits a back in the direction of travel. There is a danger of reception by the child of a heavy or deadly trauma at pillow disclosing
